Special feature of Indian Constitution
1.The constitution of India is the largest constitution in the world.
2.At the beginning It has 395 articles 22 parts and 8 schedules. Right now we have 12 schedules.
3.To finalize the constitution, it took 2 year 11 months and 18 days.
4.The Indian constitution was adopted on 26th Nov. 1949 and was affected from 26th Jan. Hence 26th Nov. is called the Constitution day and 26th Jan as republic day.
5.First session of constitution assembly was held on 13th dec. 1946. In this session Objective resolution was moved by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru.
